In 1928, what is now Gustavus Inn was a homestead where a hardy couple and their nine children settled to carve a farm from the Alaskan wilderness. In 1965, the Lesh family converted the original house to a snug country inn, where they invite visitors to share their home, hearth, and table for adventures in Glacier Bay and Icy Strait.
